About Us
HIKO Engineering & Construction Inc was stablished in 2021 in London, Ontario, Canada. We provide structural engineering services in different categories for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings also, architectural design for residential buildings according to Ontario Building Code (OBC).
Structural Analysis & Design
We perform complete structural analysis & design and provide extensive calculation report for a large variety of structures including: Steel structures, Concrete structures, Wood Frames
Steel & Misc. Detailing
We provide steel detailing services for structural steel fabricators and general contractors. We Provide: Stamped Shop Drawings, Material List
Inspection/Report
We perform site inspections and provide Sketch/Report for: Steel frames, Wood frames, Concrete structures, As-built connections, Additions to Existing structures, Wood & Steel Guardrails, Tempered Glass Guardrail, Misc. metal
Building Permit Drawings
We provide residential and commercial building permit drawings according to the city requirements in Ontario: New building New addition, Legal basement, Porch and Deck, Garage and Cabana, Renovation and Reinforcement
Review / Stamp
We review/stamp drawings for compliance with design specifications, ensuring technical correctness, professional presentation, and that fabrication and installation requirements are satisfied.
